Low-noise voltage reference power supply

The brand new Low-noise voltage referenze power supply can effectively reduce the output noise and distortion to excellent level. Basing on this design, the distortion of E70 VELVER is as low as -125dB and the noise no higher than 1.3uVrms.

LDAC 24bit/96kHz Bluetooth transmission

The Topping E70 VELVET has the certification of Hi-Res Audio Wireless and LDAC. It uses the newest QCC5125 chipset to support LDAC/AAC/SBC/aptX/aptX LL/aptX HD/aptX Adaptive protocol by Bluetooth 5.1.

To get even better sound quality from Bluetooth, we abandon the built-in DAC of QCC5125 and connect its digital signal to the AK4499EX to decode.

Newest XMOS XU316

The USB input of the Topping E70 VELVET has a wide range of compatibility: Windows 10, Windows 11, MAC, Linux, iOS, Android (all plug&play). Only for Windows ASIO applications, you need to install the driver and set it up. The USB hardware is based on the XMOS XU316 and Thesycon driver (applicable to Windows, other systems are driver-free= which is stable and reliable.

Auto On/Off function

The Topping E70 VELVET has an auto On/Off function, this means that it will automatically turn on and set to the signal of the active input. When the signal of E70 VELVET’s selection is not active for 1 minute, it will turn off automatically.

12V interface

The E70 VELVET is equipped with a 12V Trigger interface, which has both active control (Trigger out) and passive control (Trigger in). With a 3.5 to 3.5mm cable, the E70 VELVET can be turned on and off synchronously with other devices equipped with a 12V Trigger interface. This is especially convenient when used withe the Topping L70 amplifier.

Selectable output

E70 VELET has balanced XLR output and single-ended RCA output. You can choose “XLR only”, “RCA only” or “XLR+RCA” output for different applications. The level of the XLR output can be changed from 4V to 5V and the RCA output from 2V to 2.5V.

Preamplifier function

In addition to the DAC mode with a fixed output level, the E70 VELCET also has a preamplifier mode. In this mode, you can control the output volume from -99dB to 0dB by the knob or by the remote control. This will provide great convenience when connected to a power amplifier or monitor speakers.

The Topping L70 is the best amplifier for E70 VELVET

The Topping L70 has a design language and style that perfectly matches the E70 VELVET,. They can be switched on and off through the 12V Trigger interface, so that the L70 can be synchronized with the automatic-or-manual on/off of the E70 VELVET.
