The new handcrafted cabinets provide ideal acoustic properties and, with their beveled front edges and Slate Grey grilles, look even more stylish. The cabinet size has been subtly increased to allow optimal volume for the new NS+ bass/mid units. For amplification, we adapted the Class D technology used in our R410, resulting in a significant increase in power and control. Careful optimization of the speaker crossover and reflex tuning has led to a substantial leap in acoustic performance. The MR1 Mk3 delivers deeper bass, clear and natural midrange, and exceptional high-frequency detail from the custom 20mm silk dome tweeters.
