Originally made by Marconi-Osram Valve Co. (Genalex) in England, the famed 6922/E88CC power tube is once again available. The Russian made reissue of the Genalex Gold Lion 6922 uses premium manufacturing materials such as gold plated grid wire and carbonized plate structures. The glass bottle and spacers have been engineered to reduce noise and microphonics.
After extensive research and engineering, New Sensor Corp. has reissued the famed Genalex Gold Lion audio vacuum tubes. The ECC83/B759, ECC82/B749, ECC81/B739, and E88CC/6922 preamp tubes are outstanding in both hifi tube audio amplifiers and electric guitar tube amps. Many of our customers have found the 6922/E88CC tube exceptional in tube phono stage preamps. They are also excellent in Marshall styled guitar amps where gain is important without sacrificing tone. We should mention that these European part numbers are often better known by different names. The ECC83 is equivalent to the 12AX7 tube. The ECC82 tube is equivalent to the 12AU7 tube. The ECC81 tube is equivalent to the 12AT7 tube. The E88CC tube is equivalent to the 6922 tube.

- PlayStereoBuongiorno Daniele, le Genalex stanno di fatto diventando tra le migliori valvole tra quelle di produzione corrente, per questo può tranquillamente considerarle per la sua applicazione. Il loro timbro è ricco ed equilibrato, si abbineranno molto bene con il suo set-up di ascolto in cuffia.

- PlayStereoLe EH possiedono un timbro aperto e luminoso, comunque raffinato, le Genalex sono armonicamente più ricche e complete. La rilevanza delle differenze non dipende però solo dalle valvole, ma dal circuito del Project, che non conosciamo e per questo non riusciamo ad essere più precisi.
