D50s already has Hi-Res Audio Wireless certificate and SONY DAC certificate.

XMOS XU208 and customized drivers

D50s uses XU208 which is the second gen of XMOS for USBV interface. We also customized Thesycon drivers for D50s (Win7 or above). These make D50s provide better support for DSD native.

OPA1612 SoundPlus and LME49720 High-performance Audio OP amp

2xOPA1612 SoundPlus OP amp and 1xLME49729 OP amp from TI built the LPF of D50s.

The excellent performance of the OP amp ensures lossless of signal transmission.

The LME49720 is installed on an OP amp soccer, DIYers are also able to swap the OP amp to get different sound*

Chassis in CNC unibody aluminum

Unibody of D50s is made from a solid aluminum brick. It provide better mechanical strength and better anti-interference ability.

Auto on/off mode & Auto screen close

D50s uses auto on/off function. D50s will turn on/off automatically according to the input signal is valid or not; this function can be turned off in the menu.

D50s can be set to close the screen in 30 seconds after any operate to avoid discomfort of your eyes. Auto screen close and the screen brightness could be set in the menu.

Easy to operate

Just one button and one joystick could determine all setting of D50s. Including turn on/off, volume, mute, select input, auto on/off, screen brightness and PCM filter. You can also use a remote control to finish the settings.

USB/Coaxial/optical DAC application

D50s has USB, Coaxial, Optical input.

Highest input support is as below:

- USB: 768kHz/32bit DSD512

- Coaxial: 192kHz/24bit DSD64

- Optical: 192kHz/24bit DSD64

DAC + Pre-amplifier application

D50s is a DAC with adjustable volume, so it can serve as DAC+Pre-amplifier to connect to a power amplifier or active speaker and use D50s to control volume.

Bluetooth receiver application

You can connect your phone, pad, or laptop to D50s by Bluetooth and connect output of D50s to other device, then D50s will serve as a Bluetooth receiver.

Tablet and phone DAC application

iPad and iPhone with lightning port could use a Lightning to USB Camera Adapter, and Android devices could use an OTG cable to connect to D50s, then they could serve as a lossless player and you can get much better sound performance from D50s.
