The FiiO EH13 is a premium Bluetooth noise-cancelling over-ear headphone designed for audiophiles and everyday listeners who want excellent sound quality and strong noise isolation. It combines a 40 mm dynamic driver, a sapphire-coated composite diaphragm, hybrid active noise cancellation up to -42 dB, and LDAC Hi-Res wireless support to deliver an immersive listening experience whether you are commuting, working, or relaxing at home.

At its core is a specially engineered driver diaphragm featuring a sapphire-coated dome paired with a PEEK+PU composite surround. Sapphire is one of the hardest materials after diamond and has a very high elastic modulus of 400 GPa, which increases diaphragm rigidity and reduces distortion during rapid vibrations. This results in about 30% less distortion and more refined, detailed treble. Precision embossing improves transient response and further reduces distortion, while the PEEK+PU surround enhances bass extension and contributes to a stronger noise-cancelling effect, creating a deeper sense of silence.

The active noise cancellation system uses a hybrid dual-microphone design (feedforward and feedback), supported by a high-performance chip and advanced algorithms. It can reach up to -42 dB of noise reduction, effectively reducing low-frequency sounds like airplane engines, trains, and busy environments. There are three adjustable ANC levels — High, Medium, and Low — which can be easily switched.

LDAC wireless support gives the EH13 a clear advantage in audio quality. With transmission rates up to 990 kbps — roughly three times higher than standard SBC or AAC — LDAC preserves more detail and a wider frequency range. The headphones are certified for both Hi-Res Audio and Hi-Res Audio Wireless by major audio organizations.

A built-in DSP system continuously adjusts the sound to keep it balanced and clear whether ANC is on or off. Five microphones and advanced environmental noise cancellation (ENC) technology ensure clear voice calls by isolating your voice from background noise such as wind and traffic.

The EH13 supports dual-device Bluetooth connectivity, allowing connection to two devices at the same time, such as a smartphone and a laptop. Switching between music, calls, and gaming is seamless. A dedicated Gaming Mode improves positional audio accuracy, while Cinema Mode enhances dynamics and bass impact. Through the FiiO Control app, users can customize the sound with EQ presets like Pop, Rock, and Classical, or create their own settings.

With up to 75 hours of battery life (45 hours with ANC on) and about 2 hours to fully charge, the EH13 is built for long listening sessions. Its foldable design makes it easy to carry, while distributing pressure evenly for comfort and durability. It also supports a 3.5 mm wired connection, with DSP maintaining consistent sound quality in both wired and wireless modes.
