The JT3 features a premium 50 mm dynamic driver. Thanks to its size, it can move more air with greater force, delivering detailed sound, a wide soundstage, and powerful bass.

PEK+PU composite polymer diaphragm

Combining strengths for outstanding sound

The diaphragm is made from a unique PEK and PU composite material that combines the rigidity of PEK with the flexibility of PU.

This blend of hard and soft materials ensures both a lightweight structure and excellent sound quality. A built-in brass damping ring minimizes distortion and unwanted breakup, ensuring every musical nuance is reproduced clearly.

*PEK (polyether ketone) is a ketone-based semi-crystalline thermoplastic known for its high rigidity and excellent resistance to heat and chemicals. PU (polyurethane) is a high-performance synthetic polymer that combines the best properties of rubber and plastic, offering exceptional strength and durability.

TIL voice coil former and CCAW voice coil

Lightweight materials, high performance

The JT3 driver uses a lightweight TIL former and a CCAW voice coil*. The TIL material provides excellent strength and high temperature resistance, preventing deformation during long listening sessions.

The ultra-fine CCAW voice coil reduces diaphragm weight while improving efficiency and sensitivity. Together, the voice coil and former enhance driver sensitivity and detail retrieval.

*TIL is a composite material made of glass fiber and polyimide, extremely light, thin, and resistant to high temperatures. As a non-metallic material, it is free from eddy current losses. CCAW is a copper-coated aluminum material combining low weight with excellent conductivity.

High-power N52 magnets

Premium magnets, strong dynamics

The JT3 is equipped with powerful N52 magnets, among the strongest available. These magnets significantly improve driver responsiveness and overall performance.

Open-back design

Spacious sound, precise imaging

With the JT3, FiiO adopts an open-back design to recreate a natural listening environment.

This design effectively eliminates pressure buildup and standing waves typical of closed-back headphones, delivering a wide, immersive soundstage with precise imaging.

Angled drivers

Clear and direct sound

The drivers are angled to better match the shape of the human ear, improving sound transmission and optimizing airflow within the ear cup for better acoustic performance.

Velvet ear pads

Soft, removable, and washable

The ear pads are made of soft velvet and filled with memory foam, ensuring high comfort and durability while maintaining their shape over time.

Being removable and washable, they can be easily cleaned or replaced, ensuring long-lasting use.

Dual 3.5 mm to 3.5 mm cable with microphone

Detachable design for greater convenience

The cable is made of palladium-plated 4N oxygen-free copper and features dual TRS connectors with intuitive labeling (left blue, right red).

The included 3.5 mm to 6.3 mm adapter allows compatibility with a wide range of devices.

The detachable cable design allows easy replacement and compatibility with both single-ended and balanced connections.

The integrated microphone and controls allow you to manage calls, gaming, and other functions.
