1. Shipping: Order executing, Carrier used and relative costs, Electronic order tracking

1.1 We ship worldwide. Your order will be carried out in the shortest time possible. We will ship the green signed products put in the basket usually within 24 working hours from the receiving of the order/payment. For a blue signed product, the shipping delay is indicated near the blue square. Instead, if a product put in the basket has a red sign, it can't be oredered and you may request automatically to be adviced when it will be newly ready for ordering.

1.2 Playstereo usually ships your products using carriers such as DPD.de, FedEx or EuroExpress. If the weight of the products in your basket does not exceed 2 Kg, you can also choose a cheap Registered shipping. The shipping cost is always automatically calculated during the checkout process, according to the weight of the products inserted in your shopping basket.

1.3 Upon your order is carried out you will receive an email confirmation containing the tracking number of your Express Courier shipping, useful to follow it as far as destination.

2. Receiving: Time for delivery, shipping acceptance

2.1 Shippings towards Europe addresses are usually delivered within 48/72 hours and for the rest of the world can vary but the average in many countries is 72 hours if you selected the Express Courier shipping; otherwise, if your order was eligible for a cheaper Registered Shipping (max 2Kg) and you selected that option, time of delivery is approximatively 5 working days. Do not choose the Registered Shipping if you are in a hurry because the delivery time can sometimes vary.

     

3. Payments: Payment methods, credit card information

3.1 To pay the price of the products and the shipping charges you can select one of the methods showed during the checkout process into the 'Payment Information' section. In particular, regarding orders from outside of Italy we usually accept the following payment methods:

- Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard)
- Bank transfer
- Paypal

3.2 We accept credit card payment only if the owner of the credit card is the same person indicated in the shipping address, and only until certain amounts. In case you choose a payment by Bank transfer, please be sure it is an OUR wire transfer: it means both side fees prepaid. This will cause us to receive the right amount.

3.3 In case of payment by credit card, all details (for example the card number and the expiration date) will be sent by encrypted protocol to Banca Sella or other banks which provide remote electronic payment services, without third parties having any access thereto whatsoever. Such details will not be used by playstereo except for performing the procedure relevant to your purchase, or for reporting cases of frauds to the police. The price for the purchase of products and the relevant shipping costs, as indicated in the order form, will be charged to your current account only when the purchased products are actually delivered.
