These Terms & Conditions do apply to all selling products on playstereo.com site. The reading and the acceptance of these Terms & Condisions is assumed for every selling operation arranged on playstereo.com site.
1. Products: Availability, Prices, Product Specifications and Warranty
1.1 All products you see on playstereo.com are in stock and available for immediate shipping, unless clearly emphasized during the purchase process.
1.2 The prices of all products are 20% VAT included if you are a customer resident in any of the European Community countries. Instead, if you are from outside of the EC, and you are logged in as a registered user, the VAT will automatically not be included into prices and your order will not be charged with any EC VAT.
1.3 Technical specifications of products published
on playstereo.com are from the respective manufacturers and are subjected to change without notice. When possible together with the products are included instruction sheets in english. All products are new-in-the-box, no refurbished, unless unmistakably specified that they are ex-demo products.
1.4 Playstereo warrants all products to be free of defects in workmanship and materials, when installed and used according to the instructions or guidelines, for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. Playstereo will, at its choice, repair or replace or refund all components showing any defect, without charge for parts or labor to the purchaser, during the period of this warranty.
2. Orders - Invoices
2.1 Every order on playstereo.com site must be considered a contractual proposal from customer, that will bind both parts only when Audio Azimuth / playstereo.com agree to it. When Audio Azimuth / playstereo.com start the executing order procedure, promptly informing the customer via email, the contract can be considered confirmed and agreed.
2.2 Playstereo may not keep up purchase orders that do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency or which are incomplete or incorrect, or orders for products that are no longer available. In the above cases, we shall inform you by e-mail that the contract has not been executed and that playstereo has not carried out your purchase order specifying the reasons thereof.
2.3 By submitting an order form and contracting with Audio Azimuth - playstereo.com, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe the provisions of these Terms & Conditions. Should you not agree with certain provisions of these Terms & Conditions, please do not submit your order form for the purchase of products on playstereo.com. Sending the order form, you confirm to acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions as well as of the further conditions contained on playstereo.com, also through links, including in Shipping & Payments and Privacy sections.
2.4 For the European Community customers: if you wish to receive the invoice, please specify
the request in the "Comments" field during the Checkout in the "Payment Information" section; remember to insert your fiscal data during the registration or in the "Comment" field. If not expressly requested, Audio Azimuth will not give out the invoice, according to the D.P.R. 696/96. The invoice will always be give out for all purchases delivered outside the EC, apart from the request.
3. Right of withdrawal
3.1 According to the 22th of May 1999 Decreto Legislativo n. 185 "Putting into effect the 97/7/CE directive relative to consumers protection about distance sales": the customer (when qualified as a "consumer" according to the D.Lgs. mentioned above), has the right to withdraw from the contract and to return the ordered goods, without penalty and without giving any reason, within the term of 10 working days from the receiving of the goods.
3.2 The right of withdrawal must be exercised by the consumer, under penalty of losing the right, sending a registered letter with confirm receipt to the address indicated at point 4, within the term of 10 working days from the receiving of the goods. This communication can be also sent to the 39 085 4716594 fax number, within the same term, as long as confirmed with a registered letter within the following 48 hours.
3.3 The returns must be never-used, perfectly intact, with all original packing included. The returns must be authorized from the Audio Azimuth customer service. The customer can ship back the goods using an express carrier to the address indicated at the point 4. Cash on delivery shipments will not be accepted. If the receiving goods are damaged, used, or missing of any accessory or of any packing material or they are in a no-reselling conditions, the withdrawal cannot be exercised. In this case the goods will be returned to the customer with shipping charges at his cost.
3.4 Once received the goods, and within 30 days from the receiving of the withdrawal communication, Audio Azimuth will credit the customer bank account for the price of returned goods minus the shipping costs, that remain at the customer's charge.
